Message	budget isnt too much of an issue right now, but I defenitely dont want to go over board. I kinda wanted to keep it under $3,000-$4,000 in parts, not including labor obviously. Im having the motor pulled, so should i do cams? Head studs or anything of that nature? My last car I just sent it to SGP Racing and they built me the motor including the fuel and sport 700 turbo's, so I wasnt sure of what actually went into everything. Im aiming for around 400whp this time. Any suggestions on what chip or tuning system? Should I go with the 28rs's or go back with stock? I am just looking for a very quick STREET driven car, and remotely reliable too lol.
